Module 1: The 5x5 Framework™

The 5x5 Framework is the signature system I’ve used to support hundreds of clients throughout my years as a Registered Dietitian and Wellness Coach, making it simple for anyone to discover the daily choices that truly works for their unique body and life.

Module 2: Routine

This is where we’ll explore what part of your day needs more attention to make the biggest impact in the way you feel and show up for yourself.

Diets and plans fail to take into consideration your lifestyle. They require that you fit your life to the plan, even if your career or your life as a new mom doesn’t make that easy to do. 

We’ll explore practices you can integrate into your daily routine to help you make positive habits into permanent parts of your life that align with the structure of your day.

Developing a routine (however structured or flexible you need) overtime will allow you to keep your mind clear, create a system that supports you, and intentionally choose how you spend your day.

With so much information out there, especially from sources who aren’t professionals, it’s difficult to know what truly makes up a nutritious diet. It can cause you to have an unhealthy relationship with food, labeling things as “good” or “bad” and causing you to either obsessed or feel completely overwhelmed when it comes to the food you eat. 

This section covers three very important aspects of a balanced diet: the foundational nutrition principles that fuel your body, how you can evolve those principles to work for you, and how to integrate them easily into your life. When these three aspects work together, food choices no longer seem daunting or require obsessing, they become second-nature and easy.
