The Foundational Five has become non-negotiable for me. When I was first starting to incorporate it into my life, I was learning and there were some meals that weren’t Foundational Five. I could tell a difference in my stress levels, energy levels, mood, and what I ate/craved on the days I didn’t get the Foundational Five vs. the days I did.
