Module 1 • The 5x5 Framework™

The 5x5 Framework is the signature system I’ve used to support hundreds of clients throughout my years as a Registered Dietitian and Wellness Coach, making it simple for anyone to discover the daily choices that truly works for their unique body and life. 

By the end of this module, you’ll understand why you haven’t been able to make sustainable change in the past and a new way to approach your daily life that’s both easy and enjoyable for you.

Module 2 • Routine

This is where we’ll explore what part of your day needs more attention to make the biggest impact in the way you feel and show up for yourself.

Diets and plans fail to take into consideration your lifestyle. They require that you fit your life to the plan, even if your career or your life as a new mom doesn’t make that easy to do. 

We’ll explore practices you can integrate into your daily routine to help you make positive habits into permanent parts of your life that align with the structure of your day.

Developing a routine (however structured or flexible you need) overtime will allow you to keep your mind clear, create a system that supports you, and intentionally choose how you spend your day. 

In this module you’ll learn: 
  • Evidence-based practices that have worked for hundreds of my students
  • How to get started making changes to one part of your day in as little as 60 seconds 
  • The key things you’re likely overlooking that made it difficult for you to keep a consistent routine for that part of the day in the past 
  • A strategy for overcoming potential obstacles and how to readjust when something feels too difficult to maintain
  • How to navigate and go with the flow with your routine when you’re traveling or when you feel you’ve been off track

Module 3 • Check In

There is no cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all approach to healthy living. Even the word “healthy” will mean something so different to you than it will your best friend or family member and that’s okay! 

The secret is in knowing your body — what it needs to feel 100%, how it moves, and how it lets you know when something is wrong. This tool and skillset of building your self-awareness, intuition, and self-reflection is essential in order to improve the habits that set up how you feel every day. 

We’ll cover: 
  • Powerful practices for tapping into your intuition and building your mind-body connection to identify what works best for you 
  • What you need to do in order to decode your hunger and craving cues 
  • How to assess how your body is feeling as a whole so you can make empowered choices around food and activities that feel right for you
  • Discover how food and activities impact on your day and which practices make you further from your health goals and which make you feel closer to your health goals 
  • How to build your self-reflection and awareness and measure the outcome with my 10-step check-in system

Module 4 • Nutrition

With so much information out there, especially from sources who aren’t professionals, it’s difficult to know what truly makes up a nutritious diet. It can cause you to have an unhealthy relationship with food, labeling things as “good” or “bad” and causing you to either obsessed or feel completely overwhelmed when it comes to the food you eat. 

This section covers three very important aspects of a balanced diet: the foundational nutrition principles that fuel your body, how you can evolve those principles to work for you, and how to integrate them easily into your life. When these three aspects work together, food choices no longer seem daunting or require obsessing, they become second-nature and easy.

In this module you’ll learn: 
  • How to gauge what right for your own, individual needs and body, including identifying food intolerances, overcoming digestive issues, or navigating special-diets such as following a vegan diet 
  • Our proven checkbox process when it comes to making food choices anytime and anywhere, easy and nutritious
  • What makes up a nutrient-dense day of eating and an easy way to ensure you are getting the proper intake each day without having to track anything 
  • What Intuitive Eating is and how the core principles may apply to your life
  • How you can remove feelings of guilt and the “good” vs “bad” way of thinking of certain foods and how that can actually improve your health and lessen overindulgences 
  • The most important skill you can leverage to minimize your time spent in the kitchen and enjoy your food more (hint: it’s not meal prep)
  • The simple hacks to make meal prepping less time-consuming and overwhelming



Module 5 • Wellbeing

One of the most important things in my approach is looking at your total wellbeing. Everything about us is interconnected, and while nutrition is the catalyst of our health, we have to give equal care for the other aspects of our health. 

You’ll understand exactly how to make the biggest impact on how you feel daily and on your longevity.

In this section we’ll go through:

Module 6 • Life

It’s important to design a life as unique as you. When it comes to our health habits, our choices and actions are unique to our lifestyle, who we are, what we like or don’t like. This includes how much time we have, the support in our circle, the ways we like to unwind after a long day, what brings us joy, our definition of love and self-love, and more. 

Taking a big step back and looking at the things that make life enjoyable and well, life, is key to our wellbeing and health. Finding the love, support, pleasure and joy in our lives is just as important as nourishing our body with food and moving our body with exercise. 

In this section we’re covering:
  • What self-love looks like for your life and why you may not have been giving yourself enough of it in the past 
  • The importance of having dedicated time to unwind, even when your schedule doesn’t have extra time
  • My best tips for enhancing your sleep so your body fully recovers and you feel rested for the next day

This program is for those of you who would like something as personalized as possible so that your choices fit seamlessly into your life. 

You may be thinking that you really don’t have the time to put into watching all of the videos and putting into practice what you learn. This was one of the most common things I’ve heard from my clients over the years and with myself as well. We’re all incredibly busy and none of us have any extra time to spare, so I designed this program with that in mind. 

It’s completely go-at-your own pace and if you spend 1 hour a week watching the video lessons, you’ll have completed the program in just a few weeks. But you don’t need to finish the program to get started. You could watch just one lesson and begin implementing what you learned and it’s broken up in a way where the lessons and actionable steps are so simple, they can take less than 5 minutes a day, making it nearly impossible for you not to begin making changes.

You get to choose how you take this program, but just know I covered all the bases to meet you where you are now.

This program is completely customized to you and the end result is creating a way of eating and living that supports you on a daily basis and is something you can maintain with ease for years!

This is not a diet or a plan, and we aren’t focused on losing weight. I don’t recommend weighing yourself. We’ll be focusing on non-scale wins — the way you feel, what your body is able to accomplish, and how much joy is present in your life. 

When you’re focused on fueling your body properly, this can contribute to weight loss for some people, while others who may have been under eating may gain weight. Others may simply stay the same. When you’re giving your body the nutrients it needs and you have balance in your life, your body will find a weight where it feels it’s best. 

If you’re solely looking to lose weight and not looking to improve your overall health and wellbeing, this is not the program for you. If you thought you wanted to lose weight but you’re open to trying a new approach for caring for your body, then I encourage you to try this program.

I designed this to be drastically different than the plans or diets that you may be used to that force you into rigid rules and to dedicate all of your free time and mental energy into following the plan.

This program is the opposite of that, focused on making small, meaningful changes overtime that make it incredibly easy for you to add to your life. Not only that, this method grows with you as your life changes. 

We do offer a 1-month meal plan template within this program to help you understand how to create your own shopping lists, cooking plans, and meal prep ideas.

While Intuitive Eating is 1 of 25 elements of health we practice in The Method, this is not an intuitive eating-specific course. You will learn how to cultivate practices with nutrition, meal planning, cooking, healthy mindset and relationship with food and an overview of intuitive eating to support you in designing a way of eating that’s right for you.
