This means discovering what you truly want, identifying your needs, and examining your current life to find the unique elements that will make the biggest impact in your life and then providing you with the skills to make those changes with ease.

Improving your daily wellbeing is the single most important gift you can give yourself and you are so deserving of it.

Success in this program would mean you feel at ease making choices on a daily basis and you no longer feel like you need to follow a diet or a plan to eat healthfully.

The process and your journey is unique to you! Although this is not a diet or a plan, and we aren’t focused on losing weight, some Method Members have seen physical changes by realigning to their health goals and becoming a mindful eater.
 
In our program, we’ll be focusing on non-scale wins — the way you feel, what your body is able to accomplish, how to asses other areas of your health, to how much joy is present in your life. 
 
When you’re focused on fueling your body properly, this can contribute to weight loss for some people, while others who may have been under eating may gain weight. Others may simply stay the same. When you’re giving your body the nutrients it needs and you have balance in your life, your body will find a weight where it feels it’s best. 
 
If you’re solely looking to lose weight and not looking to improve your overall health and wellbeing, this is not the program for you. If you thought you wanted to lose weight but you’re open to trying a new approach for caring for your body, then I encourage you to try this program.

Maybe you’ve tried other programs in the past and they haven’t worked for you, or they worked for a short period of time and you weren’t able to sustain it. 

Or you tried it for 30 days, you got “results” then the next 30 days it slipped away and you started to tell yourself to “get motivated” or “I just need to find the time again”. I can tell you something, this isn’t a plan, it’s not a diet, it’s not something that’s timestamped — this is a framework.

I created this framework using a combination of my personal experience, professional experience, feedback from clients, and nutritional and habit science to make it completely different to most of the other programs and plans you’re used to because I’ve seen so many times how much those don’t work. 

If a plan hasn’t worked for you in the past, this program was created specifically for you, so you could follow a specific process for designing your own way of eating and living that takes into consideration all of your unique needs and preferences.

This is not for you if you’re relying on using this program to replace the 1-1 care of a health professional for a certain health condition that you have. This program is a fantastic program to: do by yourself if you’re not currently treating a health condition, or if you use in conjunction with your healthcare profession team if you do have a health condition.

Absolutely! The entire philosophy behind The Method by Nutrition Stripped is to make it completely unique to you and your lifestyle. If you’re lifestyle and nutrition include vegan of gluten-free diets, then you can apply the principles you learn in this program to your unique body and nutrition needs.

This is not a diet or a plan! The Method is anti-diet and anti-plan.

This is not for you if you want to follow a 30-day plan and diet. This is not for you if you don’t want to create long-term sustainable change. This is not for you if you’re not willing to be coachable, to learn, to do the work, and to practice these lessons unique to your body and lifestyle. 

I designed this to be drastically different than the plans or diets that you may be used to that force you into rigid rules and to dedicate all of your free time and mental energy into following the plan.

This program is the opposite of that, focused on making small, meaningful changes overtime that make it incredibly easy for you to add to your life. Not only that, this method grows with you as your life changes. 

We do offer a 1-month meal plan template within this program to help you understand how to create your own shopping lists, cooking plans, and meal prep ideas.

While the program is comprehensive and comes with monthly group support, some people may feel they need additional 1:1 support beyond what this program offers. When you checkout, you will have the option to add-on a coaching package for more 1:1 support.

I'm now focusing on implementing more things that do work better for me.

“Well, I've been taking things slow as I'm following McKels advice that this isn't a "short term fix".  I first journaled my day-to-day structure of what I was doing, while also "observing" how I was feeling about things.  Essentially doing the check-in process and noting was I feeling good/or not so good...  It was interesting for me as I didn't realize that I haven't actually been really checking-in much with myself much.  I've also been reflecting about "what is" currently working and "what isn't".  I'm now focusing on implementing more things that do work better for me and trying to eliminate the things that don't work for me….Sometimes I find it's easy to be stuck in my own mindset and do the same thing or same pattern and not really get a different result.  Your suggestions have helped me try new things realizing that a "shift" must happen in order for a change to occur.”
